Cloudland seminars are held at the Hunter Museum of American Art overlooking the Tennessee River in downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee. This bluff-side historic setting portrays our adherence to time-tested principles. From the time you walk through the door, however, you will find that we have utilized virtually every cutting edge type of presentation equipment to facilitate your learning experience, not to mention the most advanced operative technology for your hands-on practice.
Many activities are planned for the participants and their companions in this scenic city. Activities will include canoeing, art gallery and antique hopping, and shopping. The seminars are designed not just as a learning experience but as refreshing adventure for participants as well as for their companions. 
 
Activities in addition to the seminar that are included in the tuition are the following:  

DAY 1: For the companion - Art galleries and upscale shopping at factory outlets with discount coupons.  

- Evening reception at Dr. McSpadden’s bluff-side home.  

- Dinner at the historic Fairyland Country Club. 

DAY 2: For the companion - A seminar on the "world of antiques" at one of the world’s largest and leading antique houses. This seminar will help one to recognize the historical periods, qualities and values of antiques.  

DAY 3: Seminar Review Breakfast followed by boating down the magnificent Tennessee Gorge is planned for everyone (weather permitting). 

- Alternative activity - Tour of the nationally recognized Tennessee Aquarium. 

TUITION: For ease of record keeping, the tuition includes three nights lodging (1 room), group meals for two days, and transportation for all planned activities. Lecture and workbook materials are furnished. Co-sponsorship of Cloudland Institute with the University of Tennessee enables us to offer 17 hrs. CE credit for attendance. Total tuition is $2700. A $300 deposit is required to secure your reservation. Attendance is limited and applications must be received four weeks in advance for planning transportation and activities.
